Terms of Use
Last updated: October 24, 2026
Welcome to FebHop. These terms apply to the FebHop app (the “App”) and this website, provided by FebCloud (“we”). Please read them carefully.
1. Accepting these terms
By downloading, installing or using FebHop, or by visiting this website, you agree to these terms. If you get the App from the Mac App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if you get it from the Microsoft Store, the Microsoft Standard Application License Terms also apply.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FebHop on Mac computers and Windows PCs you own or control. You may not reverse engineer or resell the App, or use it for unlawful purposes.
3. FebHop account
An account is optional and is used for cloud backups and device management. Use an email address where you can receive mail, and keep your devices and mailbox secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may disable an account used to abuse the service, attack our systems or otherwise violate these terms. You can delete your account in the App or on the website at any time.
4. Free version and ads
Every feature is free to use. After a certain number of actions in a day, the App shows a FebHop ad window from time to time; when the ad closes, the action you started continues. We may adjust the free allowance, ad frequency and ad format.
5. Pro
Pro removes ads. It is available as a one-time in-app purchase or as a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Prices are shown in the App Store or the Microsoft Store.
- On the Mac, payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically and is charged again unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings; after cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the current period
- Purchases belong to your Apple Account and can be restored on another Mac signed in with the same Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies
- On Windows, payment is charged to your Microsoft account. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your Microsoft account; purchases can be restored on another PC signed in to the Microsoft Store with the same Microsoft account. Refunds are handled by Microsoft under its policies
6. Cloud backups
Cloud backups make it easy to restore your configuration. We do our best to keep them available but do not guarantee permanent storage or uninterrupted availability. The cloud keeps only 7 days of backups, so also export important configurations to your computer.
7. Usage statistics
The App counts feature usage as described in the Privacy Policy. Anonymous statistics can be turned off in App Settings › Usage statistics; while you are signed in, your daily total of actions is synced to your account.
8. Automation you configure
One-key open, Terminal commands and advanced actions (simulated mouse and keyboard input) run exactly as you configure them. Make sure your commands and steps are correct and safe, and use them only on devices and servers you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the results of the commands and actions you configure, including any data loss.
9. Third-party services
The App relies on system features such as Shortcuts on macOS and may open third-party websites, apps and files; links in ads may also lead to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party services.
10. Disclaimer
The App and this website are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page. Continuing to use FebHop after an update means you accept the updated terms.
